Unexpected treatment from international hotel
Unfortunately hotel management spoiled my anniversary, by let us stay in handicap room instead to upgrade us to higher level, room floor was without underlay so was not very comfortable , basin mirror was not able to use since it’s levelled to wheelchair level , basin without marble shelf so very difficult to keep ur belonging, shower room without glass so water will not be kept inside shower area , towel shelf fixed in low level so towel get wet when take shower , and so many bottoms for emergency which was totally uncomfortable for us, also once we reached hotel by our car , there was no hotel staff in the entrance guiding us where to park , and once u leave ur car with the valet , u will be shocked that it will be chargeable, so must be careful.

We slept at the hotel for 1 night and then continued to the airport (30 min away). The hotel is connected to a great mall and has any wonderful dining options. The area is new and convenient. Hotel is new and great. Will come back again. Only issue was that they didn’t recognize our Expedia status and we didn’t receive anything.
