We visited Istanbul with our kids and had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel’s transfer service was safe, punctual, and very comfortable for our family. But most importantly, we want to give special thanks to Front Desk Manager Yiğit Bey. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His assistance truly made our family stay much more comfortable. Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to everything

I stayed at this hotel for a month and enjoyed it. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very kind. Once I needed help scanning and printing a document for work, and the person at the front desk was able to assist me. The front desk people go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay and give great recommendations. The hotel has a lot of restaurants, cafes, markets, and shoppes along the street and is only 10-15 minutes walking from the Grand Bazaar, closer via taxi/ Uber. The food place on the corner is 24/7, which is wonderful if you’re a night person like me. Also, easy access to the trains and ferries to get to the other parts of Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul!

Lovely hosting and good location

Customer service was good and very friendly and helpful. Location is good and everything is near but be ready to walk lot of uphills. Tram and subway are nearby. Hotel is not five star but be open minded. Yes it might need lot of updates but still we don’t travel to spend our holiday at hotel. Unfortunately bed is not suitable to long persons. And check that 3 person room is really having 3 beds. Double bed room (what they say is room for 3) doesn’t have enough space to extra beds and bed size is too small even have a toddler in same bed. Also if your room is on street side traffic sounds can be very loud.

Amazing service team

It was very nice service from the receptionist CARIB or GARIB. He helped us checking in and get the room before check in hours as we reached earlier. Hotel room was nice and tidy . Enough towels were there and got room service when we asked for it. There was small issue in the toilet but this receptionist guy fixed it instantly. Later on our check out he came on the street to help us negotiate with TAXI as taxis are often do cheat there. Thank you so much
