We originally booked at the Santa Fe, but apparently our room had been damaged by a previous occupant. The owner met us and moved us to a different hotel he owns very close by which was quite nice. I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms at the Santa Fe since we never saw them, but I did want to put in a good word for the ownership who took great care of us during our four day stay. I would book here again.

NO RESERVES. Yo me fíe de comentarios que posiblemente sean falsos. Nos asignaron una habitación en el último piso, sorpresa, el elevador no se ha caído de milagro se puede ver la polea desde el último piso, ni siquiera está tapada. La habitación tenia diminutas camas individuales, más pequeñas de lo normal debido a que la habitación es muy muy muy pequeña y ni siquiera había calefacción y hacía muchísimo frío, era obvio que no íbamos a caber en esas camitas y que íbamos a coger un refrigerado para el día siguiente, en serio jamás me había sentido tan engaña. Nosotros llegamos a las 10 pm y a las 12 am ya habíamos reservado en otro hotel de la esquina que se llama Nova City Hotel, que sinceramente estuvo mucho mejor. Por favor no reserves con estos mentirosos, sus habitaciones son inhumanas.

We visited Istanbul with our kids and had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel’s transfer service was safe, punctual, and very comfortable for our family. But most importantly, we want to give special thanks to Front Desk Manager Yiğit Bey. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His assistance truly made our family stay much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for providing such wonderful hospitality.

Dear Santefe Hotel I recently stayed at your hotel from October 21st to November 7th, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. We found cockroaches in the room, and when my partner joined me on October 27th, we were unexpectedly charged again for her stay, despite having already paid for the double bed accommodation. Additionally, the shower head was not working properly, and overall, we were not satisfied with the room quality. Because of these issues, we decided to leave earlier than planned, on November 7th, instead of staying until November 16th. We kindly request compensation for the inconveniences we faced. On a positive note, I would like to mention that I was very happy with the receptionist, who provided excellent hospitality and made us feel welcome. Small room, nice staff, one outlet to charge and we never found a tv remote so the tv never turned off. It was stuck on Italian tv so I am pretty sure we might be fluent in Italian now. There was mold in the bathroom but the towels were nice. To be honest, we only spent 3 of the 7 nights there because it was so cheap we decided to store our luggage there while we went to Barcelona for 4 nights and it was better and less expensive to leave it there than pay to haul it around. The terrace was not nice, the view was good but the terrace looked like a run down storage area. The cafe right down stairs was nice and convenient but i think the hotel is also a meeting place for tours because sometimes the lobby was extremely crowded. I don’t understand why the ratings and reviews were so high because it was probably the least nice place we have ever stayed. Again, if it matters to you, the hotel staff was very helpful.

Chambre réservée pour 6 nuits. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place. Commerces à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Chambre très petite 2x4 mais propre, lit 140 x 190 mais matelas confortable.. salle de douche avec wc petite 2x2, pommeau de douche qui fuit, barre de douche et cuvette des WC cassées Informations et photos communiquées dès le lendemain au gérant qui a fait le surpris mais rien fait sur tout le séjour. Mêmes faits signalés par un autre voyageur 1 mois avant avec même réaction du gérant. Pour le nettoyage de la chambre penser à mettre la pancarte à l extérieur de la porte. Chambre faite avec échange de serviettes à chaque demande. Bouilloire avec café et thé dans la chambre. Chambre cloisons fines et climatisation extérieure des autres chambres bruyantes. Une seule Fenêtre avec vue sur un mur à 2 mètres. Télévision sur mur à droite du lit qui est collé au mur avec seulement une chaîne anglaise une italienne et une espagnole, pas de françaises et que des chaînes turques. Ascenseur fonctionnel mais très petit. Juste 2 pers Ville très dégradée mais transports, Tram et métro très biens, propres et pas cher, même pour se rendre à l aéroport de sahiba. Restaurants très bons et pas chers si autres que sur les lieux touristiques. Balades en bateaux pas chers et certains fonctionnent avec la carte de transport qui est très utiles et se recharge partout. Attention sites touristiques tarifs élèvés avec audio-guides en vente forcée . Ville très sûre mais poluée.
