Friendly greeting from the owner at reception. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning functioning and very useful. It is an excellent place to stay with blue mosque and Hagia Sofia at walkable distance. Although it is a small hotel but staff is very friendly, their breakfast is excellent with hot options too.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the old city. It's situated a couple of minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We enjoyed staying in the family suite and 5 people stayed comfortably. The service was great. The hotel staff is very courteous. Rooftop free breakfast was an added perk with amazing views. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern hotel.

Last year we visited Istanbul and it was an amazing stay at Seraglio Hotel. This year, their open buffet breakfast is very basic and less variety than before. Air condition noisy and room service can be improved. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.
