Ich war 6 tage im Hotel, die Zimmer sind unhygienisch und vorallem ist die Umgebung sehr unsicher. Bitte guckt euch erst um wo ihr welches Hotel bucht, lieber bezahle ich 50-100€ mehr und habe eine sichere umgebung mit vielen Transportmitteln. Erstes unf letztes mal. Habe Expedia kontaktiert, damit ich mitten im urlaub mein Hotel wechseln kann, der Manager des Hotels hat sich nicht zurückgemeldet. Fazit: es dreht sich alles nurrrr um Geld

Good enough, but could be better

At first, they give us the smallest room in this hotel. I guess that this room should be proved for single, because there is even no side table in it. Good thing is that they gave us another room for change. The other question is that there is only one key card supported. One key card is no problem but not very convenient in some case. Most of them are very friendly but few support for tourists. The fans of the air condition in our room is loud, but I don't think that is problem. Finally, the breakfast is really good.

I booked this hotel thinking it is a 4 stars hotel, but it was not. The room was dusty, AC did not work, safe was broken, bathroom had mold in the shower and wash table. In addition, we were not informed of the construction that is being done outside the hotel. Therefore, we had to drag our bags, and no one helped us to take the bags upstairs. Guests were too noisy and no one asked me to respect others' requirement to have a peaceful breakfast. I decided to checkout two nights after (original booked for 4 nights) and sadly I forgot my Airpods Pro in the room. I called the hotel and I informed them that I forgot the airpods in the room and they should call me if they find it or not. That did not happen, The lady responded "ok ok" and hung up right away. This was the worst experience I had in istanbul and never again. Shame to call yourself 4 stars hotel.

Will never do it again

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We stayed there for one week me and my friends. My friend left her purse in the closet and went down to the breakfast for 20 minutes. They stole 4000 from her purse and left the Turkish money and the credit card and the passport which were there. We complained to the front desk and ask for the manager to speak to. For three days asking for the manager and never showed up. Bad attitudes and no respect to people at all.

Worst hotel

The hotel staff are so rude. The food was dirty abs had insects and flies. Customer services is Zero, the cleaning staff stole 4000$ from my purse while I went down to take my breakfast. I asked for the manager for three days no manager came to file a complaint. English skills is zero. No way to communicate with anyone. Definitely NO

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Fathi, sehr gute Anbindung zu Tram und Metro und hat alles, was ein 4*-Hotel haben sollte. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig, lag wohl am Durchgang zum Nachbarzimmer. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, alles gut. Das Hotel und das angegliederte Restaurant leben von den Mitarbeitern, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von der Rezeption über Restaurant, Zimmerservice Bois hin zum Gärtner sind top.
