The hotel is not located in a nice Neighborhood, infact its in a very strange area surrounded by vehicle manufacturers and repairing centers. It has a parking area. infact that is the only thing good in the hotel. We booked the superior room with paying more money than the normal room and they gave us key for that room, when we opened the room, there was already people inside the room which was quite embarrassing. We came to reception and the guy just gave us the key for the normal room without any explanation. we asked for money back as we cant live in two seperate beds in a 10m2 room but he insisted that this is the only room he has and he cant do anything. The experience was so bad and they arent professional about anything. Better to spend 10$ more and live in a better hotel with better rating and area around.

It does the job
The place was great but an hour away from the capital Istanbul so I had to drive an hour everyday just to get to the capital as kt is on the Asian side and not on the European side. Everything else was great but the but was very squeaky and made a lot of noise.

Very nice staff and rooms are comfortable and big spaces! Love it! Just the location is not such a good neighborhood but train, taxis and parking available and easy to get!

Outstanding services and apartments l, The apartments are more beautiful than it looks on pictures and customer service is just amazing specially the reception guys do all u ask for and ready to serve there customers always.

Good hotel
I was upgraded to a suite for free and the man on reception when I arrived was brilliant - he spoke English but as I am trying to learn Turkish he spoke Turkish slowly for me, repeating where necessary. The room was big and clean, with the exception of the runner at the bottom of the bed, and the metro is a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast portions were not as big as I expected but were sufficient. All in all, I would recommend it.

One of the worst services that I have ever seen
The Sanli hotel was one of the worst hotels that I have ever seen. The location was not good, the service was awful, rude reception(one of them could not speak English even one word). The price was cheap. They offered free parking but it was not available. The breakfast was not bad. We asked to change our room, they promised but it never happened!!! Because they mentioned, "you booked online so we can not give you a better service!!!". Most of the time there was nobody in reception to provide any services or answer your questions.

Bad experience, the elevator was out of order for two days . No onw fixed it and i had to go for thr 4th floor using the stairs .... come oooon and no helped me carrong my stuff. I wanted a knife the reception said i can not ( the hotel had a resturant but he did not give me ) . I dont understand the high ratings, the location is between car shops and different to reach . The only good thing is the soze of the roam and price......in short dont go there unless you are on low budget

This is cheap hotel and that’s really why i stayed here, if you are looking for a cheap hotel you will find here. The room was decent but the service was horrible, they all seemed to hate their jobs. The only nice guy there is a gentleman who works the cafeteria. He’s always wearing a hairnet. He even took my bags to my car and I don’t believe it was his job. He looked Asian to me. He was very nice.

Nao extremamente ruim
O quarto básico é bem arrumado porém quando olhei em cima do armário tinha uma lata de redbull amassada, ou seja, entendo que a limpeza não é muito boa. A região perto do hotel é bem perigosa, me hospedei sozinha e ao sair para caminhar fui seguida duas vezes. Tive que parar em frente ao segurança da empresa SSang Young para que o mesmo me protegesse e pedi um taxi para ir ate o restaurante ao qual eu poderia ir caminhando.... no check in do hotel ninguém te orienta sobre nada. Café da manhã extremamente fraco. Ninguém me ofereceu nada para tomar (nem um café), tive que eu mesma levantar da mesa e buscar um copo de água (única coisa que eu vi disponível)

Amazing place, highly recommended, We were very happy with everything they offer, only there was one day we came back late to our room and we could smell that someone has been smoking cigarettes, I guess during cleaning.

I have enjoyed my stay there while I was Istanbul. Location is great if all you want to do is explore Asian site of Istanbul. İt is close to Metro and Piazza AVM shipping avenues which is a must see. Hotel was clean and welcoming at all times and rooms were really large. I also had to pleasure of enjoying sea view from my 5th floor room. Breakfast was okay also for the price range with traditional Turkish breakfasts and deserts. Staff has been smoking and friendly at all times. So I would recommend this place to others.

Good stay in Trabzon
We spend two night in Trabzon in this area.The hotel itself is located near the Otogar (approx. 10 min walk).Area around is flooded with grocerie stores, shops, small restaurants. Rooms are big enough.Clean.Only one definitive minus is that the TV is too small for that room size. The breakfast is served on top floor, view is amazing. There is plenty of food. For me especially the food was good to perfect. Thank you
