We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. Incredible location. Excellent staffs and services. The apartment is very clean , roomy and cozy. We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom, beautiful view and quite place. Breakfast were delicious. Will definitely stay again for our next Istanbul visits.

This hotel is incredibly clean. The beds are super comfortable and it’s walkable to the nearby shops, restaurants bars, and everything. The most important thing was how clean it was how comfortable it was and the service was impeccable. I believe that you’re getting tremendous value here if you stay at this hotel.

The room was clean, and the staff was great. The kettle broke down, but we couldn't get it repaired in 3 days. One of the TVs was not working. Minor issues overall. The room is cleaned every day. No hassle. Breakfast was good and cheaper than eating out. You can either walk to Marmaray for 10 minutes or to the main street to take a minibus.

They only had hard pillow. I asked for soft pillow as I had neck issues. They said they only one type of pillow and caanot offer any other option.... So I had to sleep without a pillow on flat mattress...

Upon checking into our room around 11:00 PM, we found the floors were not properly cleaned, with leftover rice grains, hair, and other debris from the previous guest. The following morning, we informed a member of the housekeeping staff, who took note of our complaint. However, when we returned to our room the next evening, the situation had not changed. We then reported it to the reception. They assured us they would share it with their team and that the issue would be resolved by the next morning. The next day at 2:30 PM, our room still had not been cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of Mr. İlker at the reception, he dismissively stated, "You just told us, we clean the checkout rooms first, then it will be your turn." When I reiterated that we had been waiting for two days, his reaction made it clear he had no intention of resolving the issue. On the contrary, he reprimanded me. This experience completely ruined the positive impression we had from our previous stay. Hospitality cannot thrive with individuals who have an attitude like Mr. İlker.
