Dirty Experience

I booked an executive suite, but the fridge smelled bad and had pieces of fruit inside. The slippers and disposable amenities were missing. The bed was so dirty that I had to ask for the sheets to be changed immediately. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was an incredibly bad experience—I left the hotel right after the first day.

As a couple we only stayed for 1 night due to an event. Bed was clean and okay. Carpets need to be replaced , unfortunately many spilled stuff was visible on them. Main condition tends to reach a more mediocre state soon. Staff was friendly and understanding.

i pay 60$ for one night from hotel application but when my guest arruve they force me to come down and pay 70$ again but its not fair no where never when guest come no one ask for money again also they ask for 70$ already i was pay 60$ for a room how should i pay 70$ for guest ? very bad hotel very bad services

Comfy and chic hotel

Very comfortable and chic hotel in an up-and-coming part of town, although there is a pub under the hotel which creates a lot of noise at night. Food from room service was good. Decent gym and pool. Staff were lovely, only downside being they were not great at providing recommendations. Would also be really helpful to be given something on arrival that provides advice on how to get around town and any important things to know with covid restrictions (e.g. you can't get into museums without PCR test result, always wear masks on public transport etc.)

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. Ibrahim went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His warm welcome and attentive assistance made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. Hotel mäßig super. Einrichtung auch gut. Frühstück war net so. Aber diese lautstärke ab 23 uhr hat uns in den wahnsinn getrieben. Genau unter dem hotel ist eine bar die bis 2-3 uhr nachts richtig richtig laute musik spielt. Es wurde schon so oft eine beschwerde eingereicht leider ohne erfolg. Deswegen würde ich es NIEMANDEN empfehlen die ein kind haben und die frühschläfer sind
