Rooms are not soundproof as stated on Expedia and Hotels website. Stayed in room right in front of lift and you can hear the mechanical noise of the lift throughout the entire night as well as the two seperate doors opening and closing when the lift is used. Party in adjoining room - noise was so loud. Shouting from the street can be hear in the room also. Reception called me at 2am on the second night stating that they can hear me on the phone. I could also hear reception phone ringing from my room. So soundproofing claim is completely false.

The front desk staff were very kind and polite, they were able to accommodate a few of my requests. The room was a bit small but clean and modern.

Everything was great although would have been better if the room was a little bit bigger- it can be quite snug for 2 people but it was okay as we weren’t spending that long in the hotel Sometimes the aircon was coming on at the wrong times so ended up very hot in the room at times

立地はよく、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも対応してくれるホテル。今回は最上位クラスの部屋に泊まったが、部屋にはゴミ箱はなく、机もあるにはあるがティーセットが置いてあり移動させなくては使えなかった。荷物を置くラック等はなく地面に置くしかなかったが私は別に気にしなかった。アメニティー類は結構豊富で、シャンプーや石鹸は結構質が良かったように思う。洗面所のシンクから蟻が這い出てきたのはびっくりしたが、気にするほどではなかったように思う。(3匹程度の小さな蟻だったため水に流した為。) シティービューは悪くなく、外も風が通っていて気持ちよかった。途中ルームサービスを頼んだが結構早く来てくれて助かった。スタッフの質は結構いいように感じる。ベッドの隙間に前泊者のものと思われるアイマスク等が落ちてたりしたので清潔感で言ったらあまりよくないのかもしれないので、あまりそういうのが気にならない人であればいい宿なのかもしれない。周りはイスティクラル通りも近く、レストランや旧市街、新市街のアクセスも良かった。近くにはスーパーもキオスクもあって便利だった。バス停もタクシム駅も近いので観光にも便利だったので私個人的にはまた泊まりたいとは思う。

Very welcoming, Abdullah was excellent as was his English. Owner also friendly and helpful and willing to chat and explain some of the art on display. Room was small but not cramped. Wifi worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Quiet street but very quick to Taksim square. Shower powerful and lots of hot water. Roof terrace is a definite bonus with comfortable seating.

This was the first hotel that we stayed in during our Türkiye trip and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cozy and clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly and were ready to assist at all times. When we checked out I forgot my iWatch in the room and Resole (the front desk attendant) caught up with our car to return my watch. I’m so very greatful for this above and beyond service. I’ll definitely choose to stay in this hotel again

Good points: Location, Friendly attentive staff, Clean and quiet, and Balanced price Minus points: Small room, Insufficient amenities (eg. only paper cup), The air conditioner frequently stops (I opend windows for nights) Other Notes: The photos provided by the hotel are not accurate (eg. excelent view only for top floors), but not so big issue because I had suspected so.

The Trinity hotel is conveniently located near the Taksim square with a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room could be a little bit bigger (bed is near the glass door to the balcony) but adequate for a city trip. Bathroom with shower is excellent! Airco works fine. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to stay for a drink with a superb view on the city. Tip for breakfast: the restaurant between Taksim square and Gezi park.

Hidden Gem (not like to stay hidden for long)

Wonderful property with classic contemporary style near Taksim Square. What really distinguished this hotel was the exceptional service provided by its talented employees, especially Abdullah, an attentive, friendly yet highly skilled professional individual assisting with any request. My complicated schedule was made easy thanks to his positive disposition in helping arrange my multiple stays across 2-weeks coming in and out of Istanbul. Job well done (and with impeccable English)!

An Unforgettable Stay at Trinity Hotel Istanbul! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trinity Hotel in Istanbul, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic – close to many of the city’s main attractions – but what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service, especially from the front desk staff. A heartfelt thank you to Guney, Abdullah, and Razul at the reception. These three gentlemen were absolutely outstanding – incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from arranging transportation to giving great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel completely at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend Trinity Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Outstanding Stay at Trinity Taksim – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Trinity Taksim Hotel in Istanbul and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, close to everything you need: restaurants, shops, transportation, and all the major sights. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the rooms are well-equipped. I highly recommend booking their largest room – it’s totally worth it for the extra space and comfort. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional – they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. A special shoutout to Abdullah – he truly stood out with his warm hospitality and genuine care. Stayed with family for one night. Very good location near Taksim square, walking distance to Galata port, Galata tower and Dolmabahce palace. Very clean hotel. The only inconvenience was that the rooms are very small, but I guess it’s very common for Istanbul hotels.
