Good location close to the metro station

Good hotel for visiting Istanbul far from the crowd thanks to the metro station. The hotel looks nice and the lobby is very compact. Cleaning must be monitored more closely for the long staying people.

Cleanliness was excellent, staff helpful and services great, spa exceptional, communal areas very clean, bed and bedding wonderfully clean and pillows comfy, slept very well, I would say rooms need updating that is why they didn’t get 5 starts for this, there was lots of damage, plugs hanging off wall and with a child it was worrying, it could be exceptional with a little bit of care and attention as the spa is beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, dining area lovely and clean and shops across road very accessible for anything additional that was needed, I would suggest a few coat hooks by the front door of room as there is no where to hang coats/handbags etc

Decent facility with a pool to enjoy

It was a decent establishment. Overall facility and comfort was good. Some deep cleaning of the hallway carpets and the bathroom tiles could lift the spirits of the place to a much better state.

Rubbish hotel

Was terrible, no hot water, hygiene was bad and so many empty promises about getting hot water, waited a whole day and still no hot water, then left for another hotel Waste of money, I want a full refund please!

Not recommended

I won’t really recommend this hotel for tourists and families. It mostly used by local people and the service you get it is not professional and friendly. We had problem every day using pool and sauna. They only make the pool warm for people they prefer and despite mentioning many times the pool was cold water and also very rude staff as they always shout on kids. Simply avoid this hotel.

Absolutely rude staff, not worth a penny to spend

We stayed for 9 days over Christmas here and I can tell you we were absolutely shocked by level of their service and attitude towards us. The staff are not friendly in the spa area, they are rude and not attentive to your requests. When we requested to warm up the water for us a bit they refused but later that day we checked they warmed up for their local Turkish guests. Reception was as bad as swimming pool staff. Even they were telling our kids off when they were having fun using the swimming pool. The hotel is way far from the city centre, the only good note was a clean hotel.

We had a family room in the 6th floor of the hotel. During our stay a band or something similar was in the room right next to us. The walls are so thin, you can hear and understand absolutely everthing. They sang songs the whole night and were in general very loud, so it was nearly impossible to sleep for us. Also a complain at 2 o'clock in the morning at the hotel lobby was not helpful. Beside the not acceptable thin walls, our fridge was dirty and smelled terribly. And at last the toilet was not mounted proberly. When you sit on it, the toilet lowered several cm, so you were afraid that it would just fall off.

Otel kötüydü. Resepsiyon berbattı. Temizlik elemanı görevlerini yapmaya çalışıyordu ama otel genel olarak düzen ve konfordan yoksundu. Rezervasyon yaptığımız odayı degistirip penceresi olmayan bir odada geçici konaklamamızı önerdiler ve sonradan odamızı değiştirilmediler.

Es ist ein schöner Stadhotel mit Kostenlosem Parkplatz der sehr wertvoll ist in Istanbul. Der Mitarbeiter der unsere Auto abnahm und unsere Koffer ins Zimmer brachte war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich kann diesen Hotel nur empfehle vor allem die Familienzimmer ist sehr gross

Parfait pour transiter vers l'aéroport

Hotel propre et agréable avec Hammam, piscine, salle de sport.. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes. Les petits défaut : les toilettes suspendus bougent et semblent ne pas bien tenir et l'eau de la douche n'était pas très chaude. Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits de transition car proche de l'aéroport mais très éloigné des sites touristiques d'Istanbul (à plus d'1h30 du quartier Sultanhammet).
