This was a wonderful place to stay in the New City, walking distance to the subways and vibrant nightlife a short distance away. The property was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Sehr sauberes und komfortables hotel welches sehr zentral liegt. Es ist möglich alle bekannten spots zu fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist besonders nett und der Chowchow als hoteleigenes Haustier gibt dem Ganzen nochmal eine besondere Marke. Das Hotel kann ich einfach nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

Room was amazing. Staff were brilliant. We had such a lovely time and the hotel was a little haven to get away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. This coupled with Aris the hotel dog greeting us everyday really made it special.

Hotel is in a minute walking distance to the most live street of Istanbul, Istiklal Street, which is off the Taksim Sq. It’s is very clean and staff are nice. Room is small, but well designed. Ours had a nice big hammam designed bathroom and shower.

Great staff, great stay, very walkable to everything (<10 mins to Galata) and the room was cleaned every day. The only reason I am leaving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is I did feel the apartment was nicer in the photos online than in person, and the shower drain didn't work very well. I think that may have been the unit we got though. I would still stay again and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Die optimale Lage des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. Gerade mal mit 5 Minuten Gehzeit ist man schon auf der Istiklal Caddesi. Jeder Extrawunsch wurde erfüllt. Wenn ich mit meiner Frau nochmal nach Istanbul sollte ist klar in welches hotel wir gehen. Auch auf die Sauberkeit und persönlichen Vorlieben beim Frühstück wurde stets geachtet

. I’m very upset. Two days later. I called the hotel to check if I left my poetry book in my room or at the front desk reception In the beginning of my phone call she asked me about my name twice. I don’t know her name actually I ask her please. If you find my book please call me back to my friend phone She called after 45 minutes my friend answer. She was rude with him. And say Don’t give the phone to Mr. Hampton tell him we don’t find anything here!!!! he told me she was very rude in the Turkish language this is was very bad unprofessional to communicate with the customer like that other than that the whole thing was great. I hope this will be corrected
