The place is totally different than what they show in the photos. Staff are not gentle and the space is not clean. I couldn’t take a shower because the shower floor was full of moo.

Die Zimmer sind sehr unhygienisch und werden nicht gereinigt. Auch unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, daher mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Das "gereinigte" Zimmer war ebenfalls in einem unsauberen Zustand. Die Zimmer sind alt und entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Im Hotel übernachten überwiegend Frauen, die höchstwahrscheinlich dem Rotlichtmilieu angehören. Dies geht zumindest aus Ihrem Verhalten hervor. Bitte stellen Sie sich daher auf die Umstände ein !!!! Die Männer sind überwiegend nachts erschienen, daher hatten wir während unserem Aufenthalt überwiegend schlaflose Nächte. Nachts kam es oft zu lauten Auseinandersetzungen zwischen den Damen und Ihren Kunden. Auch wurde nachts oft laute Musik abgespielt oder sich in lautem Ton unterhalten. Im Hotel übernachten kaum Familien oder Paare. Meiden Sie dieses Hotel, wenn möglich. Unser Zimmer wurde während eines 6-tägigen Aufenthaltes kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Auch auf Anforderung ist dies nicht geschehen. Bitte meiden Sie diese Unterkunft zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit.

ALLE Bettlacken waren dreckig. Handtücher waren mit Lippenstift beschmiert. An der Decke und an den Wänden waren kuriose Flecken. Wir haben mehrmals um Reinigungen gebeten- erfolglos. Es wird im gesamten Haus geraucht, sodass man schon morgens mit diesem Gestank geweckt wird. Nie wieder.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given was extremely small — barely enough space for our luggage. Thankfully, the young woman at the front desk was kind and understanding, and she moved us to another room on the main floor. Unfortunately, that’s where the issues really began. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the window (which was quite large and led directly to a public walking path) wouldn’t close or lock properly. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, this made us feel very unsafe. We brought our concerns to the front desk right away and were told it would be fixed that day. We were gone for about nine hours, but when we returned, nothing had been done — the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the window still wouldn’t close. When we brought it up again, we were told it would be fixed the next day. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable staying even one night longer, given the safety issue, so we checked out and booked another hotel at our own expense. I reached out to the hotel immediately that night to explain what happened and request a refund. It took them two days to respond, and their only reply was that they would “work on getting it fixed.” By that time, our stay was already over, and despite following up again, I still haven’t received any resolution or refund. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

HORRRRROR Absolute Absteige !! Hat absolut nichts mit den Bildern auf der zutun. Alles kaputt dreckig laut und schimmelig die Handtücher dreckig die Bettwäsche dreckig die Dusche das Waschbecken verschimmelt Es war wirklich komplett furchtbar !!! Die guten Bewertungen sind definitiv gekauft oder von Freunden und Bekannten vertraut mir Meerblick gibt es nur in einem einzigen Zimmer und da kannst du dir auch gleich ein Fernglas mitnehmen

🔴Stay away from this place🔴 This place is a joke. Don’t fall for fake reviews those are probably owner’s friends. The rooms don’t look like what they advertised at all. Rooms were filthy, uncleaned, spider webs on the corner of the walls, black mold in bathroom, dirty and stained sheets. The staff were loud and smoking weed throughout the nights. No Air conditioning , I asked the receptionist to fix it he said he will take look at it but he never did. One of the staff just opened the door without knocking and was trying to come in while i was still in the room so if you’re a woman or going there with your family be very careful this place is not safe for you.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Wind Suit Hotel in Beşiktaş – eine absolute Katastrophe. Dieses Hotel hat mit 5 Sternen nichts zu tun. Beim Betreten des Zimmers war sofort klar: Es wurde nicht geputzt. Das Badezimmer war nass, und es lagen Haare auf dem Boden – sehr unhygienisch. Es roch stark nach Zigaretten – selbst an der Rezeption wurde geraucht, einmal sogar nach Gras. Im Bad war Schimmel. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier gab es nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption – leider waren die Handtücher teilweise schmutzig. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig – Gespräche im Flur hört man, als fänden sie im Zimmer statt. Besonders schlimm: Ein kompletter Stromausfall von morgens 8 Uhr bis abends nach 19 Uhr. Wasser war vorhanden, aber da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hatte, war es stockdunkel – duschen oder sich frisch machen war nicht möglich. Eine Info oder Entschuldigung vom Hotel gab es nicht. Wir können absolut nicht nachvollziehen, wie dieses Hotel so gute Bewertungen hat. Nie wieder. Ganz klare Nicht-Empfehlung.
