不满意：服务设施，员工和服务
This is one of my worst experiences in my life. After travelling for nearly 10 hours, I go to the hotel and there are problems at many level. 1. There was no obvious signage that I was at World Yours Hotel. 2. The door was locked and there was no staff or no phone number to call. 3. They have a secured code outside which a traveller should know and type in. 4. The place was in a dungeon that seem very very dangerous for a lady travelling alone at night or day. Please do not be deceived by these photos, or by the good price. I was very very disappointed. Hotels-dot-com should delete this service fromt heir website. It is absolute rubbish. I wasted my money and my time.
