The hotel was gorgeous, but the staff especially at breakfast try to scam you. We agreed to a price of $25 euros per person than they charged us $35 euross, and completely refused to correct it. We enjoyed the hotel, but on the way out, they left us with a sour taste. It wasn’t about the money., it just doesn’t feel good to feel cheated.

We visited the hotel with our 4 month baby and I requested a quiet room. Despite asking for this multiple times we had music banging in our room until 2am in the morning and our baby was disturbed. I mentioned this to guest services and reception. No action or no follow-up. Very disappointing.

Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service.

Shower door broken and spilling large amounts of water into bathroom. Towel holders both broken. Toilet roll holder broken and spare broken off and missing. Electrical socket loose on the wall, a clear electrical and fire hazard. Rotten woodwork in the room. Staff not interested to hear my complaints. This place is completely rundown and lacks even basic maintenance. I suggest you avoid it.

The room was very nice and clean as well as the lobby. Although the price was too high for what you get. Not much to do around the hotel within walking distance. There was a marina, a park and few restaurants. For anything more you needed to get an Uber.

The street is very noisy and we knew it before so we stayed on the sea side so our baby can sleep and it was very quiet. The beds are comfy. The AC works fine. But the bathrooms are not clean at all. We stayed here in 2013 and everything looks old and dirty now.
