O hotel no geral é ótimo! Excelente estrutura de lazer, o quarto é amplo, estava limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muita variedade e opções feitas na hora. A única questão que nos incomodou é que os quartos são divididos por drywall. Os barulhos dos quartos vizinhos são nítidos no nosso quarto.

O hotel é novo e bem cuidado. Entretanto, o isolamento acústico do quarto é insatisfatório: era possível ouvir claramente a televisão do quarto ao lado. Além disso, o travesseiro era bastante duro e pouco confortável.

Hotel sem cobertor para quando faz frio

O hotel é muito lindo e o quarto é confortável, café da manhã bem variado, boa localização. A única coisa que não gostei foi que solicitamos um cobertor na recepção e eles disseram que não tinha. No quarto só tem um cobre leito que não aquece em caso de sentir frio durante a noite. Esse foi o único hotel que não tem um cobertor no quarto e nem disponível para pedido. Aconselho levar cobertor para se cobrir.

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no hotel! As acomodações são confortáveis, com tudo bem organizado e muito limpo, o que fez bastante diferença na nossa experiência. O café da manhã também merece destaque: sempre com boas opções, tudo fresco e bem preparado. Os funcionários são extremamente educados, atenciosos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar no que fosse necessário. Quanto aos pontos de melhoria, nada demais, porém sentimos falta de alguns detalhes que poderiam tornar a estadia ainda mais confortável: o quarto contava apenas com três travesseiros (o que acabou sendo pouco para nós que estávamos em casal), a cama era um pouco mais dura do que estamos acostumados e sentimos falta de uma cobertinha para as noites em que a temperatura caiu – até perguntamos a uma funcionária, mas nos foi informado que o hotel realmente não disponibiliza esse tipo de item. De toda forma, a experiência foi muito boa e certamente recomendamos o hotel para quem procura um lugar bem cuidado e com ótimo atendimento em Itacaré!

O hotel é muito bonito, o café da manhã é excelente. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O único problema é que ao pedirmos o jantar, que foi servido no quarto, os pratos chegaram abertos, totalmente expostos, sem nenhum tipos de proteção.
