Excelente estadia, quartos confortáveis e muito limpos. Ficamos no Tropikalya Gold (porque o Prime, que é da mesma rede e ao lado, estava em reforma). Tudo muito bom. Equipe cordial e sempre solícita. O hotel está próximo à Av. Brasil e à Av. Atlântica (principais vias da cidade). Voltaria e recomendo.

Falta de cuidado nos detalhes

Já nos hospedamos várias vezes na outra sede ao lado, no entanto, desta vez o cheiro de mofo vindo do elevador estava muito forte. O sinal da TV estava péssimo, nos dias atuais é inadmissível ter uma recepção de TV tão ruim. O blackout da janela era menor que a janela, impossibilitando o escurecimento do quarto. São pequenos detalhes, mas que fazem muita diferença. A localização do hotel é excelente, razão pela qual optamos pela hospedagem.

Triste com a hospedagem do hotel

Quarto minúsculo,aspecto feio, café da manhã bom, atendimento bom pelo Rafael muito gentil, fiquei decepcionada com hotel, nas fotos eram outros quartos e quando chegamos disseram que estavam em manutenção no hotel que reservamos e transferiram para outro ao lado , quarto muito ruim e pequeno.

Não fui muito feliz.

Tive um transtorno, solicitei um berço para o bebê e tive que dormir no chão com o bebê por falta de berço. Os lençois eram bege quase marron, não gostei muito porque fogem do padrão de branquinhos e passam uma sensação de sujeira. Estacionamento é cobrado 25,00 por dia achei caro, em hoteis eles cobram menos de 20,00.

A mejorar el servicio!!!

Tuve problemas con la tarjeta de ingreso a la habitacion al 2do dia. Bajé, avisé que no abría, la resetearon y me dijeron que ya debia abrir. Subi, seguia sin abrir. Volvi a subir, esta vez con la Recepcionista quien queria corroborar que yo no era un inutil. Lo corroboró, bajó y la volvió a resetear y me la subió. Acepto que no ande la tarjeta, pero no que den tantas vueltas para solucionarlo o que vengan a ver si el inutil no era yo. Al menos me hubiesen acompañado apenas bajé por primera vez a ver si ya lo habian solucionado. Uno va a relajarse y por un mal servicio se termina poniendo nervioso.
