"Went for a special occasion. Did not disappoint. Pretty much outstanding from start to finish. Start with the property - location - quiet, looks over the lake, 5 minute stroll into bellagio. The hotel and grounds are extremely well maintained. The spa was immaculately clean. Room was refreshed twice a day. That’s right - they came with more towels and water in the afternoon as well as the AM full refresh. The gardens, pool area and the infinity jacuzzi pool are beautiful. Staff and service - all staff were very well trained. For example the young girl working on the pool bar knew everything about the wines from the pool bar list. She chilled the glass with ice before serving a taste… little details clearly matter to them. They all wanted to talk and ask how are stay was going and if there was anything they could do for us. Food and drink - unreal. Had the tasting menu at Albori with wine flight. Sommelier has a thousand different bottles in the cellar. Service again was worthy of any 2/3 star restaurant. Cannot wait to return. Felt so sad to be leaving!"

"Amazing hotel with great room to fit a family of 4, big beds and ample space. Breakfast was convenient and location is in the heart of Sirmione. Staff were extremely helpful. Parking was free with shuttle. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is right on the lake and our room had a lake front balcony that provided stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The pool is a great amenity. The room was spacious and cheery. The staff that greets you is excellent. A shout out to Captain Roberto, who provides private lake tours by boat. My only negative is the restaurant. The dinner menu is very limited and the staff, while well meaning, was incompetent. Of 4 meals we had there, something went wrong with 3 of them, including sending back a steak that was ordered medium rare and was delivered well over done. It was replaced by a steak that was merely seared and uncooked. I should have sent that back as well. In other words, avoid the restaurant."

"My whole family is very judgmental when it comes to hotels, its location, cleanness, and service. I can comfortably state that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was at a perfect spot. It was almost on the lake with great views and 10 min walk to the town centers. We loved the rooftop restaurant for its fun ambiance, food quality and service. Book without hesitation! Thank you"
