Worst hotel management

Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. this is my first time to hard rock hotel Maldives, which introduce from my friend , beside of the beauty of the hotel , the staff is not passion , the activities is not enough, and there is no decoration on my wedding anniversary !! untill i remain them twice!!

We were two guests in a small room - 1 towel and 1 sheet and no window. Nk water between 11:30-1 on a Friday - ok but should have been given a heads up. Laundry is just washer with no real place to hang dry.
