“This is our favorite place to stay in the Finger Lakes! The property is great - hot tub, fire pit, nice big porch and plenty of privacy. And the location is perfect! Easy access to both Seneca and Cayuga lakes. Central location makes it an easy drive in any direction - Geneva, Trumansburg, Ithaca, and all the fabulous parks and hiking the area has to offer. And wineries, of course! Favorites are Boundary Breaks, Standing Stone, Knapp and this year we discovered Sheldrake and Ravines. So nice to……

“This is a beautiful property. Unbelievably serene, gorgeous lake view from the house. We were here in the winter; getting in and out of the place was a little scary in precipitation. The road from the ridge down to the lake is quite steep. The house itself is beautifully kept, a perfect layout, and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and fires in the fireplace. Highly recommended!”

“We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! ”

“The property and house were perfect! Great location. Very clean, private, quiet, bed was so comfortable. The owners were so thoughtful. The house was stocked with everything we needed, they even had dog bed, bowls and a dog run. Internet was perfect, nice TV in every room, shower was clean with hair and washing products. Bridget was quick to respond to questions. I recommend this cottage highly.”

“Wonderful retreat on the shore of Lake Cayuga! Great porch with a gorgeous view and a large fire-pit for s'mores! Wish we'd had longer to make use of pingpong table, cornhole and dock/kayaks (though we were surprised by the strength of the the lake current!) The property is serene and peaceful -- lots of birdsong and deer-- just a bit remote from shopping (beyond a dollar store).”
