The hotel was great. The price was reasonable. The bathrooms were recently redone and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and very clean! The lady checking us in was very helpful!

This place was on par with any corporate chain like Hilton or Marriot for half or a third of the price in the Ithaca area. A welcome surprise ! Clean, Great staff and very accommodating when I extended an extra day. A Bargain !

I came to visit my son at Cornell. We stayed here and love this place. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. I stayed with my pet, we had double bed and it was spacious. They also have filter water dispenser. I will come again and stay here.

Great little place just outside town. Don't let the modest appearance fool you - it's comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly. Plus, it's pet friendly for a reasonable fee!

We were in Ithaca for 2 nights. The rooms are updated. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Room was on the smaller side, but we were only there to sleep and shower. Continental breakfast area is small, hosted in the front desk/office. If you need decaf coffee, ask about it when you check in. Great stay for a great price. We’ll stay here again.

I challenge you to find a better stay not only in Ithaca, but anywhere - especially for the price point. Nothing is short cutted. The rooms are exactly what you want and breakfast offerings are thoughtful. This will definitely be my "go to" spot for future Ithaca excursions!

The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and inviting. They have done a good job making the rooms comfortable with decent amenities, nice tiles, and organization. Attention to detail could have been done with the exhaust fan in the bathroom and sticking front and bathroom door. Overall, a good stay
