The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was quick, and she made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was great. Really appreciated the warm hospitality.

everything really great, except the non-functioning bathroom fan, which seems more common than not. Hotel seemed lightly occupied, and nice and quiet. On the one or two nights that there was more activity it was a bit noisy. Breakfasts and staff there, desk staff - all great!

We had a very nice two-night stay at the Fairfield Inn&Suites by Marriott Ithaca. Rooms are clean, comfortable and functional; staff is nice and helpful; breakfast was good with an adequate choice. Definitely a very good hotel in that category while staying in the area.

Anything you may need is nearby. All 3 front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The area was clean. One con is the room had a slight odor (couldn't figure out if it was musty, heat, smoke,or something else). The facilities were comfortable tho.
