The hotel had basically everything working, the rooms were clean, and had just enough options for breakfast for the price they have. We had a nice stay.

The hotel was okay. Free breakfast was good but the room is definitely not worth as much as I paid for. The sofa was damaged and floors felt kinda sticky. You might have to wait for the staff for a while.

Great location for exploring Ithaca on a road trip. Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh waffles! Rooms are on the small side but we only slept there so didn't need more.

The place was fairly inexpensive and basic in design. The room was air-conditioned and quiet but in need of renovation and updates. Despite looking abandoned, the location remains strategic. The hotel is suitable for a one-night stopover.

The staff were courteous and welcoming making the stay at this lower end budget friendly facility overall good. The parking is convenient. Breakfast was decent. Facility is older and not fancy at all yet the staff did their best to keep the room and common areas clean. No smoke odors except for immediately at the side door entrance where smokers convene.

The room is rennovated. Clean and nice. New Carpet. The guy is a little bit wire. When People are having breakfast, he suddenly walked in and started to spray this very strong air fresher.....I have to give up my coffe and bagel, which I felt like being sprayed.
