「An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and Wonderful Staff! Our employees had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with their overall experience. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service delivered by the staff. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that our...

「We chose this location because of proximity to the bus station. Was easy to get to. The staff were helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection.」

「Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very safe garage.」

「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas...

「Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「It was nice hotel to stay」

「Super」

「Located close to the station and bus station. However, property is in a poor condition and on the day of check out there was no running water in the bathroom. The previous day, the water flow of the shower was a weak drip.」

「Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.」

「That place is a hole! I would not recommend it to anyone!」
