“We rented this property as we were hiking in Kings Canyon and Sequoia NPs. 35 minutes to Sequoia gate. 1 hour to Kings Canyon via 63/180. Close to Walmart for groceries and personal needs. (one mile) Black Bear Diner is a must! Visalia is a very nice town. Regal is a very nice movie theatre close by. All neighbors were friendly. Host’s response was always prompt. Property was very clean and has washer and dryer if you want to pack light and wash. Kureig coffee maker and microwave. ……

“The location was great but it went downhill from there. Not very clean, the bed was hard as well as the couch. The cheap blinds did not keep put the light so i ended up sleeping in tje next room on the couch soiyt was darker. Saturday morning was very noisy with trash trucks at 5 am. I paid a pretty penny to stay in a place that was just disappointing from the moment I secured the place with an invasive email from the management company wanting my ID front amd back and a picture of me... but……
