“This was our second stay at this property and we were thoroughly happy once again. Since our first stay in September, the owners have installed a fireplace and built a beautiful wooden mantle around it. It was warm and cozy during some very cold evenings. I even used the full kitchen to cook a thanksgiving dinner! This is my go to property every time I visit my son at GMC. ”

“What a great place to stay. It's so quiet and peaceful. Go outside on a clear night and look at the stars! Go out during the day and look at the horses, cows, donkeys, and llamas! Flint and Tracey are wonderful folks and live nearby in case you need anything. We purchased property nearby and will likely be staying here quite a bit while we do cleanup/renovation. So glad we found this!”

“Tom was super great to communicate with in the location of this duplex is super cool. So much to see in the area with a short drive or walking around the asylum property. A beautiful field filled with pecan trees around the properties as well. The unit was updated, but still a little bit more needs to be done. Still a great experience overall though. ”

“The house was falsely represented. It was not cozy, but everything was worn out, not very clean (mildew in the bathroom, etc.) stairs to front door misrepresented (shows only a few steps to the porch and front door, but not the prior, deep steps that you need to go up to get to the front door. My husband is disabled, and we would have never booked this house if we knew it had so many steep steps. He actually fell trying to maneuver the grass and steps). It smelled musty, the grass was very……
