"I was shocked as soon as I entered the lobby, it was filthy!!! The man at the rest was very rude about not changing my room from smoking to non smoking.. he didn’t change it, so when I went to my room it was absolutely disgusting, bathroom was disgustingly dirty and it was just worn down, sheets on bed were stained, tv was on upon arrival, no remote..stuck horribly! I didn’t stay there for more that 10 minutes before I decided to leave for sanitation and foul odor! Saint George is such a beautiful and clean city, I was appalled and genuinely disappointed at this more 6 property!!! It looks like it’s ready to be condemned imho!! Anyways pay $10 extra and go to ANY OTHER property in St. George, this one sadly the worst I’ve personally seen ever!!!"

"Fully stocked condo with cozy beds, bathrooms, decor, two Lazy Boy full recliners, tv’s in every room and all the kitchen gadgets/appliances you could hope for (including an air fryer!!) There’s a washer/dryer and the balcony views are so peaceful. It’s quiet and private right down the way from the spectacular golf course. You won’t hear your neighbors either!! Outstanding experience!"

"We have stayed here before, it is really starting to get run down. The door into the room has light shining through the side and bottom of the door. Faucet was leaking onto the sink top. Bed was good. The towels need to be replaced ( very thin and scratchy). Pillows need updated. A/c smelled strange, musty/mildew?"
