Nice place but over priced
The place was very nice but we discovered that it was over priced compared to other properties with the same amenities during the same holiday period. Loved having the private pool since we had young children. Because it was over Thanksgiving and colder outside no one used the common pool; the water was very cold, but we did use the pickle ball courts. Went over to Arcadia with other family to use their pool and lazy river which was warmer and more fun. The unit was very spacious on both levels. Response from property management was undesirable. The internet didn’t work because it appears that the owner hadn’t paid the bill; we borrowed the neighbor’s internet to get by. No barbecue as advertised. Upon arrival the entry didn’t code didn’t work as the property management had changed the code without telling us.

Spending quality time with family must be very important! We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the barbecue. It was an oversight on our part to have it listed as an amenity when it was not available. To prevent any future miscommunication, we have taken steps to ensure that the property listing accurately reflects the amenities provided. Regarding the internet issue, we would like to clarify that the bill was up to date. However, it appears there was a technical issue that prevented it from working properly through the internet provider and has been resolved. We understand the inconvenience this can cause and glad that you were able to borrow the neighbor's internet to stay connected during your stay! As for the door code, we reassure you that it was not changed by the property management without notice. In order to ensure the security of our guests, the door code cannot be used prior to the scheduled check-in time. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this, but we're glad that we were able to assist you promptly when you contacted us for the code. Again, we appreciate your feedback. We hope that overall, you and your family had an enjoyable time, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Wonderful!
I have stayed at a lot of vrbo places so let me just say how this one stood out. So clean. Bluetooth printer. Full size bathroom in EVERY room. Pool towels provided. Kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans, serving bowls, serving trays. They had every kitchen appliance except an Instant Pot. We loved the option to have the little kids play in the small pool out back. The pool does have a cover to put in place when not being used.

Great place for families
We had a great time, place was spacious and kids and adults loved the community pool during the day and private pool at night. Only issue was a leak in the roof that took several days to correct

Great space and location for a family gathering
We really enjoyed our stay! Each room has its own private bathroom which was fantastic for families! Plenty of toilet paper under each sink. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a griddle, crockpot, handmixer, pots and pans, cookie sheets, etc. We loved the small pool in the backyard for the little kids. The community has a fantastic pool that takes 20 seconds to walk to. Super close to Snow Canyon State Park, bike park, Jacob Hamblin home, running trails, etc.

good property, lots of room
The house was very nice, big with plenty of room to spread out. The management was proactive in communications and responsive to the one call we had to make to them. The foosball and air hockey were enjoyed. We did not use the Play Station much... our group was not really into that. It would have been nice to have had more games for younger kids (board games, puzzles etc). Also, for younger children, be aware that there is no tub in any of the 6 bathrooms. The house pool was convenient, if small, and very warm (95 degrees). We made use of the community pool, which was very close and a bit cooler. Overall, a very good house for multiple families.

Awesome Fall Break!

Memorable Weekend
The property where we stayed helped make our weekend more memorable. There was plenty of space for groups to gather to play games together, swim, eat, and enjoy a variety of activities at the same time. The accommodations were the right mix of attractive and cozy, and the location of the property allowed easy access to the area whenever we wanted to get away for one reason or another.

Awesome for a large family
This was an awesome home for a family reunion! We had a large group of 32 with a mix of Adults, teens, and small children. The two fridges, pool, and community pool were awesome bonus! The home was large, and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Each family had their own room and bathroom. We did have an issue that was fixed quickly. All communication with the management was pleasant. All of the other families with us said it was the perfect home. It was an amazing place, and we enjoyed our time! We hope to return in the future.

Family reunion in st George
There were some cleanliness issues with the house which is expected since it is such a big house with so many beds and bathrooms. It would be hard for a crew to clean in hours of same day turnaround. We took care of most of it and enjoyed the amenities. We had questions about pool cover and fire pit and got answers quickly. A rainstorm caused the pool cover to pull out of track and jam and they had a person to fix it within hours. Some other things we liked were Ac worked well for hot climate. (It drips in washing machine drain- once we figured that out we were relieved it wasn’t a leak. ) Pools were nice -both common and private Fire pit Extra fridge in garage Lots of storage and utensils Gas range Big pantry Beautiful views Pebble ice maker Game room great for kids

Great property for a family reunion
Great experience with this property for a family reunion. Sleeping arrangements were good for large number of people and beds were very comfortable. However the bottom queen and middle double of the bunks didn’t have enough space for older, bigger people😊 Enjoyed the many bathrooms. Great space for activities. Pools were great. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances except a griddle and had many cooking pots and pans and utensils. We had called to see what was available and were told we needed to bring what we might need as it wasn’t a full stocked kitchen. We wish we had known so we wouldn’t have brought our own.

We enjoyed our family reunion at this property! The small pool was a big hit with the younger children. They went swimming every night before going to bed. We also had lots of fun at the community pool. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to fix big meals for our large group. The huge TVs in each room had access to all the needed apps. Two refrigerators provided all the refrigerated space we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place for a family reunion! The only disappointing aspect was there was no pak ‘n play provided in the home. We were finally able to rent one at a neighboring community.

Loved this place! It was clean and nice and well stocked. Plenty of bathrooms, which was awesome. Thanks again! The only complaint I had was with the community pool, as it appears to only be cleaned once a week? It needed more than that.

Great Family Reunion Spot
We had a large family reunion group and each family had their own bedroom with beds and a bathroom making it a great setup. The pool in the back yard was just enough to keep the littles occupied and then when a larger group wanted to swim we went to the community pool which was never very busy.

Perfect!

We loved everything about this property. Especially having a bathroom with every bedroom.
The kids loved the private pool and the community pool. Also the 2 TVs and video games upstairs. We loved all the seating in the kitchen and family room too. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Wonderful place. Well equipped (had everything we needed). Multiple sitting areas to relax. Beautiful views. Management very responsive to any questions. Did not visit community pool but it was conveniently located. One thing to note is the property backs up to a road so, if you are enjoying the outdoor sitting areas you will have some road noise to deal with (not a busy street but enough traffic to be noticed).

Great place!
We had a great time at this rental! Each room had its own bathroom which helped having 4 different families. The kids loves upstairs and the ice maker was a great touch! Will definitely come stay here again!
