There is a large theater room with raised seating for recliner lounges and plenty of other seating for movies and video streaming. It also has a 1G internet service to handle multiple people streaming videos on its 11 Smart TVs.

The home has two levels with a large common area on both levels. It also has beautiful mountain views of Snow Canyon State Park. Right next door to Paradise Village at Zion is Gubler Park, an easy-access community park with multiple playgrounds, a splash pad, volleyball, more pickleball courts, bike riding paths, etc. The park also has large pavilions for rent through Santa Clara City.
