“The staff was great. They assisted me with my concerns. They reimburse me, but the sheets were not clean. I asked housekeeping to clean them to change them. They didn’t. They had a shooting there two doors down for me. The police were there a little too frequent for me and the final fall was no hot water for three days but but the staff was great especially Lucky”

“Breakfast selection was minimal and not great; watery eggs and thin bacon that didn’t look done, no other sides. My king bed had 4 mini pillows like for your sofa! When asked to replace them, they said that they didn’t have any more pillows. I will not be returning there! ”

“Stayed in the suite, Vanity lighting was too low, Kitchen light switch was hard to find. No utensils or dishes avaliable in Kitchen, ironing board was damaged and unsafe. Everything else was great.”

“I can only describe this motel as a "GHETTO MOTEL" My overnight stay was a terrible experience, and this was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Check-in was done with a live on-screen contact with someone from India or Pakistan, whom I could not understand. Someone behind me in line had to translate for me. The small lobby stunk of Curry. In the room, the curtain, chair, and suitcase bench were all stained. The bathtub had been painted white, and the paint was flaking off, clogging the drain……

“Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. ”

“Other than the TV not working in the bedroom, it was a nice place to stay. I’d go back again. ”

“1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.”

“I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure. Keeps me and my family coming back when visiting our daughter at CNU”
