「I feel the bedding blankets are not really clean. I feel uncomfortable with both the pillow and the bed sheets. The refa shower head is great and the hair dryer is good as well. In the mid night, I asked if the staff can get me some ice as I feel that I am having fever. They cannot understand English at all and finally I gave up.」

「Many car parking space，good for self driving customers.」

「Slightly far away from the heart of Sapporo with scheduled free shuttle bus. Other than that it is an old western style design hotel. Room is spacious with a large bathroom. They provide drip coffee instead of instant ones which is something new to me. Staff can speak good enough English.」

「Good location. Clean room.」

「1. Laundry machine is awesome to have 2. Amazing toiletry 3. Don't bring your wife in this hotel, you will buy their hairdryer 4. Very good service, but some misunderstanding on car parking between different employees 5. Not Queen bed. Rather Standard double room bed 6. Breakfast and Lunch are actually really good ! (Try them at least once) 7. Excellent location, at the center of everything」
