“We (my wife our niece and her husband) pulled into the parking lot at the front of the hotel and checked in, apart from an initial confusion over the price between C dollars and Quetzals (my fault) all was good. We ordered food through the presented menu and dined in our room. Good service all round.”

“Check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was nice, although a little bit dated, but overall it was clean and had good amenities, like a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and dining, and although about 800 meters from the launches (to visit our towns along the lake), it was a level walk”

“El hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, los dormitorios muy limpios y en muy buen estado. Lo unico malo es que el aire acodicionado es portatil y el aire caliente se filtra en el dormitorio. Las camas son mas o menos comodas. En general el hotel es muy bonito.”
