「Everything is good but the AC simply doesn’t cool down the rooms. I prefer to sleep at 20 degrees and even though it is winter time, the room was at 24 degrees after the ac worked whole night. This is not my first time in here, this is always the case. 」

「I chose this for my 1st night in Turkey because of the thermal spa facilities. The pools saunas and jacuzzis were very nice although there is a surcharge to use them. My room was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was huge and a great introduction to Turkish breakfast.」
