Beautiful place. Everything is perfect. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities are great. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The stay was amazing, great location and amazing onsens and saunas. The private onsens were also amazing, as well ans the morning buffet. Only a short walk/drive of about 10-15 min to Izumo Taisha as well! The surrounding area is very beautiful too, highly recommend this place!

One of the best hotel we did in Japan, if it’s not the best. The design is really peaceful, lot of light wood and the fact we removed our shoes at the entrance of the hotel feels you are at home. Onsens are really nice and the breakfast was yummy. I really recommend it!

食事美味しかったです。食後は、お部屋にコーヒーセット(豆、ミル)があり、自分で豆挽いて入れたコーヒーも美味しかった。 ただ貸切風呂がなかなか空かず、入れなかったのは少し残念でした。大浴場が二つあったので良かったです。

今回連泊させていただきましたが　食事もとても美味しくスタッフの方々が皆良く気が付き丁寧に対応して心地良かったです　 私達家族が1番気に入ったのは温泉で2種類の大浴場と5種類の貸し切り風呂がありシルバーウィークにもかかわらず全制覇出来たのはきちんとしたルールや配慮がされてるからだと思います 夜食のラーメンも結構本格的で美味しかったです 部屋着のサイズも2泊目は同じサイズを用意していただき枕も1日目と同じ自分の選んだ枕を用意して気配りがすごいと感動しました

スリッパではなく足袋で館内を歩くんですが一晩中歩いても足の裏が汚れるがなかったので相当清掃が行き届いているんだろうなと感じました。スタッフの方も丁寧に説明していただき本当にありがとうございました。
