"Good"

"The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, several outlets in my room were not working. Parking/check in was a little confusing with there being no actual turnaround and the valet area full. Breakfast was just okay, but I didn’t mind with the options near the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay here again."

"The check in was quick and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and ready even at 9 am. We enjoyed our stay and will return. "

"Elevator was broken my entire stay. The room was great, very spacious. Pool was supposed to be open but it was green. Breakfast was nothing special. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the Lenovo Center, and its staff, who were great."

"Stayed for 2 nights for graduation. We've been here before and enjoyed ourselves. Great outdoor area and indoor common spaces. This time, beds (for me) were a little harder than expected and shower head was very low. Didn't work for the over 6' guests! We were 4 people, and only had towels for 3 (not a huge deal, we got extra). Had dinner once at the hotel and my husband's $$ steak was thin and overcooked. Not the cut advertised. Staff was great and we do love the location, but it was $$$ (maybe bc it was grad week? Didn't get offered a discount either)."

"Midge was a great host and answered our communication promptly. This was a convenient location for us to visit our son who's a student at NC State. We will definitely look to book this again when we return next time."

"This was a convenient location near the Raleigh fairgrounds and art museum.The condo, and development are an older location. The unit itself is in good condition, but there were some things that were in need of fixing. I suggest fixing the bathroom fan and improving the upstairs shower. Also, it may help to have the ventillation ducts cleaned"
