“旅館位於住宅區中離車站很近很方便，晚上很安靜不吵鬧非常好，但相對餐廳也比較少，不過有全家跟麥當勞。 房東英文非常棒，不會日文也能順利溝通，雖然沒有電梯有點不方便，但房東會幫忙搬運行李非常親切。 最棒的是有洗衣機（含烘乾機能），每次使用只需要付100元的洗衣球即可，非常划算！ 廚房空間非常大設備也很齊全，有提供各種口味的茶包飲用。 這次入住的是四人一間的榻榻米房，每個床位都是獨立空間，完全不會受他人影響，而且每個床位都有窗戶非常棒！ 有機會下次還會想入住！”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our four nights in Kyoto. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many dining options and sites, but also close to public transportation if you need to go further. The building itself is historic and beautiful and the owner is helpful and friendly. When I asked about shipping our bags ahead he said to just leave them in our room with an estimate of the cost and he’d take care of them. He did and put the change in an envelope in one of our……

“The property was a highlight of our trip to Japan. The attention to detail of craft, the items and furniture used throughout were truly special. The bath in the window was incredible, we spent the afternoon sat watching the sunset.”

“Very good, maybe they can share WhatsApp info ahead of check-in. We didn’t have Japan phone number so it was not possible to call them. ”

“全新的飯店(2017年2月開幕), 因為靠近宮川町, 附近可以遇到很多真的舞伎與藝伎。另外也在建仁寺附近, 可以去建仁寺附設的公園走走。我們住在上下舖的房型, 床很好睡, 房間內有洗手台與鏡子, 沐浴設備則是與公用, 但沐浴品老闆準備的牌子很好用, 後來去百貨公司有看到, 是90%以上天然成分的沐浴品。老闆是帥哥。”

“Really nice clean ryokan in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. Has everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants and the train station. It was great to experience this style of accommodation. Felt like we were really immersed in the local area and very different to the hotel experience. ”

“2015/2016/2018/2019 來京都玩都住這，雖然是舊民宿，但環境保持還算蠻乾淨的，服務人員很熱心，離京都車站近，環境安靜，在住宅區中，感覺很安全，拉行李進出時，會儘量保持安靜，兒子很喜歡房間裡的浴缸. ”

“The property is in perfect condition for our family of four. Situated in a charming neighborhood, the property is within walking distance to JR Kyoto station and bus terminal. It's surrounded by restaurants and stores but you hear no noise at night at all. The considerate and helpful host has made our life much easier especially when we don't speak Japanese. I'd definitely come back next time in Kyoto.”
