"Mattress was super comfortable. Had 4 pillows, perfect. The beverages in the lobby 24/7 was a real treat. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Had a plumbing issues, resolved quickly once maintenance was notified. Overall, the best hotel I've ever stayed in ."

"Our stay was very good, the only thing I would like to see, check in time at 3 pm and check out time at 11am as it is in normal check in and out time in hotel. after traveling 5 hours, that time matters. With the early check out your rushing to get out. Also, You need ice trays because the ice maker didn't work. When having a apartment type place, I feel we shouldn't have to buy ice. Everything else for cooking utensils you had was great . The shades were beautiful, yet they let to much light in at night. We loved the stay. The staff were professional and great, I would recommend this place to friends and other family members to stay there."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lake Placid. The place was spotless, renovated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, bars, and many of the area’s attractions. Everything was just as described, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
