"We arrived and couldn't get in had to get in contact with the owner and finally got in. There is no dining area indoors (30-40 degrees outside )for a group that wants to eat together with the exception of a tiny fold out table in the kitchen with 2 bar stools. The kitchen was not well stocked. I took photos. The stairs to the second floor are not standard, they are very deep and hard to walk up. The threat of 500, 250 and 50 fines was ridiculous especially since when we arrived there was dog poop in the yard, a empty cigarette pack on the patio, a bunch of popsicle sticks in the yard, stains on the furniture and a couple of pieces of trash under the bag we pulled out to take with us. When on vacation we do not want to deal with this. The sarcasm of the rating system posted on the fridge was also not impressive but obnoxious. Would not recommend this home. I have rented over 20 vacation rentals this is in the bottom 2. Oh yeah and no actual coffee maker there is some knock off Kurig thing there was some hot cocoa and decaf for that. The coffee drinkers brought coffee but couldn't make any."
