My family enjoyed our stay here because of the beautiful scenery and the location is not too far from the airport and the city. I was impressed by the high quality of all the appliances and furniture in the accommodation. I would like to visit this place again in the future.

Great Stay

Lovely home in a very quiet area at Jacks Point. Although the boys didn't play golf on this trip, the course is a short walk away. I gave the check-in process only 4 stars as it would have been good if a house number was visible from the road. Nice place to stay. We've done a lot of holiday/home stays and I must say Goodstays are the best company I have dealt with to date. Very efficient and great communication.

The accommodation was modern and attractive with beautiful mountain views. Surprisingly spacious and very comfortably furnished. Heating was particularly good

Beautiful home with beautiful surrounding mountain views

We were a family of four, and stayed 8 nights at the property in January 2023. The location is amazing and a safe area for families and children. A short drive into Queenstown. The home was comfortable, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, beautiful bed linens and extremely clean. Also very spacious. However for the price paid (admittedly during peak season), we expected more. For example, a more fully equipped kitchen with basics such as pepper salt, sugar, tea bags and a decent fry pan to cook meals. It also needs more serving bowls for serving food. The kitchen itself however had top appliances fridge, oven etc which was nice. Proper soap in the bathrooms would have been nice and basic cleaning products to keep the property clean during our stay would have been appreciated but these things were missing. We have stayed at many book a baches and the noticeable lack of basics was a let down. The water pressure in the showers were very poor. My husband is an electrical inspector and says the light switch in master bathroom is illegal because it is too close to the shower. The air conditioning unit failed to keep the entire home cool during a recent heat wave in Queenstown. 7/10 rating.
