「the outside is really outdated and needs repair. the office door is always locked and you have to ring a bell for someone to open and talk to you, they still have an ant invasion problem and have shut down several rooms. on the plus side, our room had extra toilet paper, and a clean refrigerator. last time there was left over food from someone else in the fridge.」

「Communication wasn't there at all called office 3 times Friday afternoon left a message and no answer and no call back」

「The lady at the desk was rude. My husband and daughter had dealings with her.」

「Good location. Clean room. Clean pool. Easy parking. My only complaint is that Expedia listed a free breakfast and all they had was coffee. This is not on the facility, but on Expedia. 「The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Has the standard refrigerator, microwave, and small coffee pot. Would stay again.」

「Perfect small town B&B in the perfect location to walk around town or drive to the Fossil Park, Clark Gardens Botanical Center, etc.」

「I stayed during the Ross fire and there were a lot of fireman and first responder staying there as well. The staff at this hotel was excellent. I have stayed here several times and it will continue to stay here going forward.」

「good」

「Same as my last review, nice staff and breakfast as good. Bedbugs killed our stay!」

「Fun night no complaints」

The hostess was very thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience, providing a place to store my bike overnight and providing a goodie bag with water and snacks the morning of the ride. The room was comfortable, with good quality mattress, towels, and toiletries. I...
