“The tub was filthy and didn’t shower there! The bathroom had no toilet paper, had to go to office to get some. The floors had not been cleaned. Seen 3 roaches while I was there. Never again will I stay there! ”

“For a 8 year old property i found it to be clean and maintained. I was impressed with the staff. Breakfast was on time and refilled multiple times. Even though working further away i extended my stay in this Fairfield.”

“Uncomfortable room. There was only one chair in the room. The curtains were torn. Towels were very thin. Bottles of shampoo and condition were only ok. Breakfast buffet was maybe a 2. They served extremely greasy sausage for the 2 days we were there. They had the cheapest muffins they could buy. The carpet looked like it could use a good cleaning.”

“Pull out sofa was broken. Rollaway bed was super uncomfortable. Towels had seen better days. One small, slow elevator. Staff- super sweet. If you are desperate, stay there. If not, look elsewhere.”

“There were LOTS of birds at the entrance carport. Had to pray you didn’t get pooped on when entering and exiting. The room had a smell-not a clean smell. Went to Walmart and bought a candle to burn and it helped.”

“Parking is a real pain in the butt, especially if you have a trailer. When I first arrive, they told me it was a problem with my reservation that Expedia had not paid them. It showed that I paid Expedia and Expedia had not paid them so she wanted me to call Expedia to get it corrected. How the heck am I supposed to do that? When we finally got in our room after having to park off sight at another parking lot that wasn’t lighted, nor was it under any kind of supervision we got into our room……

“Morning desk staff was very lazy. Only had one bath towel in the room. Went to the desk to ask for more in the morning. Took forever to get more towels. Morning breakfast for not good. No plates. Desk clerk was on his cell phone most of the time. Would not recommend this place. Several police cars were there when we arrived!”

“Said breakfast but in actuality.1 table no breakfast but free coffee and juice that's it. Other than that there is a Whataburger a drive away. Super clean place. Don't put breakfast if you don't serve breakfast not since covid times”

“I had a one bedroom room that was spectacular. It was very well furnished and very clean. I felt like I was in an apartment. I loved it! I was there on a Monday so the main restaurant wasn't open so I went to the brewery on site and I had a delicious bramble drink and a very unusual Reuben pizza that was delicious! I am looking forward to returning to that hotel.”

“Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.”

“Ok so I just got home from my trip to Graham. It was my boyfriend and I and here is my list of the pros and cons of this place.Cons:There was only a bigger fridge than most hotels and a microwave but no coffee maker or iron. Upon entering,we were over taken by the smell of rank cigarette smell. The floors were wet so we assumed they had just mopped. Turning on the ac, they started to dry. 20 mins later, the floors were wet again. We wiped it with a towel and the white towel became black. Very……
