“The host's check in process and communication was the best experience I've had with a VRBO. It was easy and thorough. The place itself was a great location outside of Knoxville, where we didn't have to fight traffic.”

“Pro#1-Nadja is the owner/host you want! Communication top tier! Pro#2-The unit is soo unique and welcoming as you walk through the bank door. Pro#3-This location is safe (police station right around the corner). Unit is only a few mins off the highway and downtown is about 30 mins away. Pro#4-Unit is spotless and has every thing you need for 24hrs to long term. Shower water presser is even great!-Pro#5-Dollar general Family dollar are both close if you forgot anything Walmart is maybe 15 mins……

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“Honestly the house was really nice and the dock was really nice as well as the location. The big problem we had was the misrepresentation on how close the doc was to the house. It was a massive and hugely steep incline on gravel pathway with a little bit of concrete Paving. It was very far from the house this is the fourth house we've rented on Norris and we know almost all the houses have a steep walkway to the boat ramp but this was very long very far the most we've ever had and that was not……

“The cabin is great with a lot of amenities. Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a huge issue come up and Scott had a wonderful solution to my problem. I highly recommend and it will be a pleasure to do business with them again.”

“Pictures tell the story well! My boys were sad there were no fishy nibbles, but enjoyed the time on the water. It was a nice amount of space for the four of us. The view was gorgeous, and Oksana was responsive with any questions/concerns.Being able to bring our dog was a big plus, and he enjoyed the weekend as well!”

“This house and stay was 10/10!! We couldn't have ask for a better host!! The location to the trails for Brimstone was close by and easy to get to. The banana bread was a hit with everyone! we will definitely be back! Might I add we had multiple rzrs and trailers and the wrap around blacktop driveway was great !”
