I totally understand having the thermostat locked at a specific temperature (74 degrees Fahrenheit) but when it is 90 degrees outside , I would have liked the ability to make it cooler but I would definitely stay there again」

Since we arrived late, my husband and I went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies and took care of it ourselves. I understand things can happen, so I didn’t make a big deal about it.
