「Was not aware of the hotel not having microwaves and poor TV channel availability. No setting chair in room. Smoke smell was overwhelming. I don't usually get Casino hotels, but I booked it because of its name, and I've eaten in their restaurant while in Hawaii on a trip. I thought the hotel could have been a little better. It was okay. The hotel looked very nice. I just didn't check to see what the amenities consisted of. That is my fault. Had bad experience with Front Desk due to them...

「Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have liked was a mini fridge. I was told they only have them in the suites.」

「Staff was super nice! Clean rooms and nice pool. Cheap laundry facility and pet friendly. Literally directly across from beach. Rooms a bit tight and 1st floor damp but they were taking care of it. But overall for the price would book again.」

「The reservation site indicated Pets were free, but the staff tried to get me to deposit $25 per day for my small poodle. That was not as advertised and I was not pleased to get harassed at the counter. Upon checking in there was a shift change and an abnormal amount of time was spent correcting issues than opening my room registration timely. Lots of excuses, not much attention. Not tippy top professionals at the desk.」
