“The property is in excellent condition for a rental. The kitchen has all new appliances and is very well stocked with cooking equipment and basic items (salt, pepper, spices). The city bus pick up for transport to the ski area is less than 75 yard away. The bus is very reliable. Weber grill in the garage is easy to move to the driveway for use. There are foam pads on the beds which I am not a fan of, otherwise a great place to stay with lots of living space. All bedrooms are on the second floor.”

“This is a really nice, comfortable condo. Everything is in good working order, the gathering areas are perfect, well-furnished and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some good meals for our group of 5 adults. The public bus stops close to the condo and runs every 10 minutes to the ski area. We are experienced travelers and highly recommend this place for a worry free and pleasant stay. ”

“Our whole family absolutely loved this beautiful mountain house!Spacious, spotless, and filled with comfortable beds, it was perfect for our whole family. The huge dining table and pinball machines were big hits. The location felt magically remote with gorgeous views and giant rocks, yet still close to town. We even saw a herd of elk on the way up—and one walking right up the road by the house!The river was just down the road, and the kids loved fishing. This house is a real gem and our new……

“We spent 2 weeks at the home and enjoyed our time there and in Steamboat immensely. The house is in a great location, both distance wise to the mountain and also visually. We had beautiful views of the mountains and could see the gondola from one of the windows. We did not use the shuttle, instead drove and parked in the free lot at the mountain, but the shuttle is conveniently located. The house was clean and there was timely communication with the owners. All in all, a wonderful……
