I left this stay feeling extremely disappointed. From the moment we arrived, things were off. We showed up early and simply asked if the room was ready. Instead of a clear answer, we were told check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. Only after asking again did they mention the room was ready but would require a $33 early check-in fee. We were fine paying, but the way it was communicated made us feel like we were bothering them.
Our room was never cleaned, even though we were out for hours. When I called, the front desk immediately suggested we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, which we did not. Then they claimed housekeeping must be requested—something never mentioned at check-in, not posted anywhere, and not listed in hotel info. When I questioned this, the explanation suddenly changed. Their own website even states daily housekeeping, which contradicts everything we were told.
They said they could send housekeeping now but only if we left the room, which wasn’t helpful at that point as we were already settling in for the evening
I asked to speak with a manager and was told none were on duty but one would be in at 8 AM. When I checked out and asked again, I was told no manager was available until the afternoon. I requested a call from management but still haven’t heard anything.
Overall, the poor communication, inconsistent information, and lack of accountability made this stay far more stressful and disappointing than it should have been.
