Didn’t realize the hotel was doing remodeling before booking.. so, no pool. Hallway had an awful cigarette smell, no ice machine, and had repeated trouble with room key.

The location is great for our visit with family. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was unavailable, breakfast would only be served Thursday through Sunday ( we arrived Monday) and the tv would be compromised all due to ongoing renovations. We wished we had been told prior to arrival so we could have made a different lodging choice. No vouchers or refund was offered for the lack of amenities. We have always enjoyed staying here, and realize it is understandable that we would not be told about the construction, but really expected better service despite the unusual situation.

Expedia did not warn me that hotel was under renovation. TV did not work, Internet was spotty, pool was closed, coffee machine was broken. Glad our stay was only one night. But they did have hot water in the bathroom and the room was nice.

This place is a dump TV don't work dirty And they have plumbing problems with tubs and sheets are dirty and hard and the staff are very rude except for the hippie dude on third shift he was cool but the younger middle eastern guy is a complete u no what hole and he likes to charge people fees on there cards without there permission tried to steal 20 dollars from me two days after being there so that's my report

The hotel has seen very better days. Stained carpet, dirty rooms...we found a drawer filled with food wrappers that had not been cleaned out. Dead bugs on bathroom floor. This place needs and update and a good cleaning.

$60 hotel in a $300 location. Room is old and out of shape. Breakfast not appetizing at all so went to fast food down the road. Seems hotel should be updated based on how much they are charging per room.

I was extremely disappointed as Expedia guest reviews had this marked as an 8.0/10. I would never again stay here. The place is extremely run down and the rooms have peeling wallpaper, air conditioning units that don’t function, torn furniture, weird smells, and are poorly cleaned. The hot tub was under construction. The hallway carpet and wallpaper on the first floor had a large area of water damage. The first room I was given had a chair with multiple large tears in the arm of the chair. The air conditioning unit did not work. One lamp in the room had a broken knob and didn’t work and the remainder of the lights were extremely dim. I found two small dead brown bugs (flea sized but had antennae) on the bathroom counter. I took this to the woman at the front desk who was incredibly kind and helpful and she offered me a new room. She assured me they were not bed bugs but was not sure what they were. She checked the new room to assure me there were no bed bugs. The new room had a bad odor, peeling wallpaper, food crumbs on the floor, a hair on the bath towel, and short curly hairs on the tray with the ice bucket and cups. It was the most uncomfortable night’s stay I’ve experienced at a hotel. The only saving grace of this place is its front staff. All the staff members I encountered at the front desk as well as at breakfast were incredibly kind and helpful. I greatly appreciate their hard work.

There was mildew on the shower tiles and grout. A lot of the grout was missing and tiles were coming off the wall. There were fruit flies all over the bathroom sink. There was black mold on a lamp shade. I visited another floor and the entire floor had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. There were bugs on the nightstand. I have pictures for proof. The staff was friendly.
