The room was suppose to be non smoking, the room smell like cigarette smoke, the bed was the same smell. Bath room sink, didnt drain. Went down to get hot water for coffee and it was warm . Didn't feel like the breakfast area was clean.

Absolutely awful. Booked on Expedia and trying to get a refund. Every negative comment about how the place smells, cleanliness, etc. is true. Needed to find a place unexpectedly and ended up not even being able to stay there.

The room was disgusting. The nightstands and other surfaces were not wiped down. There was a spot of what I hope was dirt on the bed. I arrived so late that I knew staff wouldn't be available to clean my room, so I resolved to shower and remove the dirty blanket. Sadly, when I entered the bathroom, it was worse than the room. The counter had spots of dried toothpaste from another guest, the lotion that was previously screwed into the wall was on the counter with the screws still attached, there were visible black spots on the lotion and soap, and it looked like there was black mold lining the shower. To make matters worse, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were covered with short, coarse, dark hairs that I hope were someone's underarm hairs. When I mentioned my concerns to the front desk staff in the morning, they simply stated there was nothing they could do for me. I was hoping for some semblance of hospitality after the terrible stay. Instead, after a terrible breakfast and a terrible night, I was sent away with nothing except for a subpar apology. When the front desk attendant tried to show the housekeeper the photos I took of the room, she said no and walked away to smoke a cigarette.

We were greeted by a man in bare feet at check in. The elevator did not work, pool closed, work out room closed. Our room on the third floor had zero sound proofing - door between rooms so we could hear everything! The whole third floor smelled like weed. Carpets in common areas and stairs were filthy.

Hotel was closed when we got there due to the roof caving in. We received no notice and neither Expedia nor the hotel would refund our payment!

Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Desk staff said it was from people smoking outside. Explain to me how that much of a strong cigarette smell comes into a room from the outside? When it’s closed off by two doors plus a room door and on the second level? It’s -16 degrees outside with wind shield factored in. An old receipt was found in the bedding. Bath tub had dirty stains in it. Mold was most likely painted over. Breakfast was terrible. Bread and stale muffins and bagels. Most hotels Laundry and linens smell like bleach and cleaners. Nothing smelled clean. Sketchy area had someone sleeping in their car in the parking lot hiding under a blanket with Minnesota plates that were expired. Very uncomfortable place. I don’t recommend. Stay at the Hilton, Hyatt or Wyndham. Quality inn was next door and looked just as sketchy.
