Lounge, watch tv, listen to music while you shower with a special Bluetooth vent feature. Home is enhanced with an open kitchen/living room, wood floors & bright lights. The Smith Corporation was very friendly and helpful before we arrived. Upon arrival the property was neat and clean. Everything in the home was functioning. The only hiccup was the second bathroom was a half bath with but did not have a shower. I did not read the description in detail in n reference to the half bath. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to raise the garage door and enjoy outside while using the grill which was clean and had all the utensils you needed to bbq. If I’m ever in Jacksonville, Ms I would definitely rebook this Air B&B.

Clean, Quiet home

This property in Jackson was perfect for a family getaway. We were on town for a funeral and this home was exactly what we needed. The photos and description of the home are accurate and the fenced in yard was great for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect host

There were tornadic winds that made the city of Jackson have low water pressure due to all the storm damage and the host had water delivered to us to help us until the water pressure came back to normal. We felt safe with the Vivint home security system, and the fenced yard and the garage. We needed to be close to downtown Jackson for our daughter's law school graduation and this was the perfect fit. It accommodated two adults and a teenager perfectly through all the storm damage and wind. The house held up perfectly and we kept electricity so that we could get ready in the morning for our daughter's graduation.

Great little home perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately in a tough neighborhood but well secured with an alarm. Streets around area are in very poor condition-blew two tires hitting a crater but obviously not the owners fault. Overall good stay

The home was described as listed. It was even better in person! I had other things reserved & the smiths allowed me to check out an hour later than I had to to be sure I had a nice stay. 24/7 on call communication. Thank you!

Great Stay
