「The host was very responsive and timely. The toilet wasn't flushing and a plumber arrived in an hour to fix it and this was the day before Thanksgiving. Some of the appliances are old and have issues and since we were there for the holiday we needed to heat up our Thanksgiving meal and use the dishwasher. We were still able to figure it out. We loved the location as it was close proximity to Michigan Ave and yet it felt like home. Would recommend for anyone wanting the classic Chicago...

「The property was in a great location and the property was nice. The hosts were very responsive, however the property should be listed at 6 people - NOT 9. The property has 3 full beds, a couch that does not pull out, and a twin sized air mattress. There was no bedding for the couch or the air mattress, which can each only sleep one person, so it sleeps 8 maximum. We had to request bedding and they provided Queen bedding, which doesn’t fit either couch or air mattress and not enough. We requested...

「This is the perfect location for sight-seeing downtown!!! Not only is the view from the condo amazing, but it’s a very quick walk to the Hancock Tower, Michigan Avenue and alll the hot spots! The entire block that this condo is on is full of fantastic bars and restaurants and shopping! The beds in this condo are extremely comfortable and the host is very responsive to questions or concerns. I would love to go back! 」

「Great location. The check in process was seamless with good communication and detailed directions. There were four of us and we each had our own bedroom (with very comfortable queen size beds) and separate bathrooms. We had breakfast every morning and the kitchen was supplied to take care of our needs.If you’re looking for something that is a great value within walking distance to the city, I would highly recommend this.」
