Private Dock, Dogs Welcome, Close to Boat Ramp

Cute 1 Bedroom Cottage located on Lake Martin in the Jackson’s Gap area. Enjoy the sunsets from the Deck while cooking your dinner on the charcoal grill. Or roast marshmallows over a the fire pit. Private Dock perfect for your boat or for enjoying the water. The bedroom features a King Sized Bed, TV and a Desk. The Living Room has additional sleeping space in a Queen Sized Hide-a-Bed Couch. Fully stocked Kitchen has both a Kuerig and Drip Coffee Maker. Washer and Dryer are located in the unit for you use.
There are multiple Security Cameras located on the exterior of the property. The Security Camera are motion activated video and audio units overlooking 1). The Parking Area, 2). The Boat Dock, and 3). Yard. There is also a camera located on the next door Boat Dock that overlooks the entry door and part of the Deck. A camera is located on the home next door that overlooks the entry door and deck area.
We have full water access during summer pool (April - October) which is perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing off the dock. Between November & March, the water levels decrease as part of a conservation initiative of Alabama Power. Boa not have access to the dock during the winter months. Boats can be launched from the public ramps all year long but would have to be removed from the lake each day. Kayaks can be carried into the water all year long.

PET POLICY and FEE - We allow up to 2 dogs (no size limit). The Pet Fee is $100 per visit. The Pet Fee can be paid via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. The Pet Fee is applicable for your pets and for visiting guest's pets. You will be responsible for the pet fee upon arrival at the home. The PetFee can be paid by Venmo, PayPal, CashApp or check.
