This particular condo unit was a very enjoyable stay and “home base” for our family vacation on Amelia Island. Lots of room for a condo with newer appliances, and VERY CLEAN, with just a short walk to the beach. We would stay again.

The place was pretty convenient to the beach and restaurants and stores. We had a 3 bedroom but the decor was ancient and the beds had wheels which for this 65 year old who read in bed was not good. A leaky roof due to rainy day was a deal breaker but response was great we cooked in the sufficient kitchen. The overall rating would have been 4 if the roof had not leaked

Home was perfect for the work conference we had there. We had comfortable beds and home was clean. Had issues with the lock system but was able to get us a key to use manual entry. They responded very well and promptly.
