What a nice rental property, and we have stayed at many VRBO's. It was clean and the views were fabulous! And everything was very close to the house (you could walk to most of them). AND Mr. Ted was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. All in....it was a great vacation for our family.

The host was wonderful and super communication. We stayed two weeks. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and kitchen had all we needed to cook great meals with local seafood. Our guests raved about the comfortable beds and pillows. The house is perfectly located in Surf City, walking to stores, restaurants and more. Keyless entry was so convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool on days that the surf was rough due to storm. We enjoyed long walks on the beach searching for seashells and more. We are already planning our return! We highly recommend this vacation beach home to friends, family and anyone wanting to share the beach vacation experience.

Where you want to be!

Clean and well maintained. Really convenient location close to restaurants, groceries, ice cream, etc. right on the beach with parking for 3 vehicles. Nice appliances 2 (count ‘em!) refrigerators. Host was helpful and quick to respond with recommendations!

Annual Topsail Vacation

Property was as advertised, and then some! Furnishings and amenities were premium, and even had supplies of toiletries and soaps. Topped off the week with perfect weather - in the 80s and sunny every day, down to the 70s at night. We all enjoyed being able to walk to, and explore, so many Surf City businesses.

Great family vacation

We had perfect weather for our April vacation. The ocean was cold but the family loved the heated pool. Which was a big hit with them. The host was always available for any questions we had. We would all like to go back again.

Another Amazing Week

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and once again thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We love the location! It’s amazing to park at the house and walk to places to eat, shop and catch great views! The house is very clean and comfortable! It fits our family perfect! I especially love the balcony, the pool and the closenesss to the beach! Wonderful!!!

Surf City Family Week

The house was perfect all around, and the owner/property manager was very responsive in terms of check in and out, and any questions we had along the way. My son said it all when we were leaving: "I wish we could stay another week." I felt the same way.

Ted was great to rent from. Everything was explained really well and we had a great time. We had 11 people in our family, and we all slept in very comfortable beds. Carport was big enough to fit 2 full size trucks and a van with just a little bit sticking out front. Only downside was the beach beautification project going on that closed the beach access in front of us for a couple days. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the house and had a great week! The house had everything we needed and the location was awesome! We loved being within walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and the local IGA! The pool was an added bonus! All around perfect week together as a family!!!
